Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracking. Standard delivery within Germany is €5.99 (free over €55), or €9.99 for Express (1–2 days). EU shipping is €13.99 and international €19.99, both in 3–5 business days.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason.
