Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracking. Standard delivery within Germany is €5.99 (free over €55), or €9.99 for Express (1–2 days). EU shipping is €13.99 and international €19.99, both in 3–5 business days.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return or report a damaged item, contact us at saneakisa@gmail.com — approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason.
